FAQs
Do you offer introductory offers for new clients?
Yes — we offer special introductory options for new clients to help you get started. These offers are time-limited and designed to help you experience the studio before committing to a regular routine.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 4 weeks per year. Hold requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to our membership terms.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
You are welcome to attend classes if you have medical clearance from your healthcare provider. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions before class so we can provide appropriate modifications.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
What happens if I’m on the waitlist?
If a spot becomes available more than 2 hours before class, you may be automatically added to the class and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once you are added, so treat waitlist bookings as confirmed.

What happens if I’m late to class?
For safety and focus, the studio door will be locked at the scheduled start time. Late entry is not permitted. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.
Is there parking available?
Yes — we have plenty of free parking available onsite and in the surrounding area, making it simple and convenient to get to class.
Can I switch class times once I’m booked?
Yes — you can reschedule your class through your account as long as it is done within the cancellation window.
