FAQs
What should I bring to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety — these can be purchased in-studio if needed. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours before your class start time to avoid fees or loss of class credit.
Weekly Memberships: $10 fee for Late Cancel or No Show.
Class Packs: Late Cancel or No Show results in loss of that class credit.
Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I’m on the waitlist?
If a spot becomes available more than 2 hours before class, you may be automatically added to the class and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once you’re added, so treat waitlist bookings as confirmed.
Can I join classes if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
Yes — if you have medical clearance from a registered health practitioner. Prenatal clients up to 24 weeks may attend group reformer classes unless otherwise advised. Please inform us of your pregnancy or postpartum status before booking.
What happens if I’m late to class?
For safety and focus, the studio door will be locked at the scheduled start time. Late entry is not permitted, and no refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.
I’m new to Pilates — which class should I start with?
We recommend starting with a Beginner or Fundamentals Reformer class so you can learn proper form and equipment use. Our instructors will guide you through modifications and progressions as you build confidence.
